• SSL certificate installation
• Email hosting services
• Technical support and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to our clients.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our services. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Charges

All fees are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen hosting plan on the billing cycle you selected (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

4.2 Billing

Invoices will be sent to your registered email address. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Unless you notify us otherwise, your service will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the then-current rate for your selected plan.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates any law or regulation
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Phishing, spam, or unsolicited bulk email
• Adult content, gambling, or illegal substances
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Hacking, network disruption, or unauthorized access attempts
• Resource abuse that negatively impacts server performance
• Hosting or distributing pirated software or content

6. Service Availability

6.1 Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance)
• Force majeure events
• Third-party service failures
• Client-caused issues or policy violations
• DDoS attacks or security threats

6.2 Maintenance

We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with at least 24 hours notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when necessary for security or stability.

7. Data Backup and Security

7.1 Backups

While we perform regular backups of our servers, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and content. We are not responsible for any data loss.

7.2 Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate your service at any time by providing written notice. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months unless stated in our refund policy.

8.2 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• Payment is not received within 15 days of the due date
• Your account poses a security risk to our infrastructure
• You engage in fraudulent activities

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebHostingPrice.lk shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

10. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

11. Refund Policy

11.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to:

• Domain registration fees
• SSL certificates
• Setup fees (if applicable)
• Accounts terminated for policy violations

11.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
